Kleveroo subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. We may offer a refund, account credit, or other resolution at our discretion only for genuine billing errors or verified service issues, such as duplicate charges or a confirmed inability to access paid features because of a Kleveroo technical problem.
