Yes. Paid Kleveroo plans can be canceled anytime from the Manage Subscription link on the Kleveroo+ page. Canceling stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Kleveroo subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. We may offer a refund, account credit, or other resolution at our discretion only for genuine billing errors or verified service issues, such as duplicate charges or a confirmed inability to access paid features because of a Kleveroo technical problem. These exceptions do not create a general right to a refund. See our refund policy for full details.
