Fair Use Policy

Kleveroo includes AI board generation on paid plans. Each generation runs a real language model on our infrastructure, so to keep the service sustainable for everyone we apply the following limits.

The limits

• Free plan: AI board generation is not included. Manual board creation, hosting and live trivia stay free for everyone.
• Kleveroo+ ($9.99/mo): up to 15 AI boards per calendar month(resets on the 1st, UTC).
• Kleveroo Boards ($4.99/mo):up to 10 AI boards per calendar month(resets on the 1st, UTC).
• Throttle (all paid tiers):one generation every 20 seconds. Prevents accidental double-clicks and scripted bursts.

Why a monthly cap?

10 boards per month is well above what a typical board creator uses in normal interactive use. The cap exists to keep the underlying AI cost inside the value of the subscription, and to keep Kleveroo Boards priced at $4.99 for everyone.

If you have a legitimate use case that requires more than 10 boards/month (classroom use, content production, etc.), get in touchand we'll work something out.

Other rules

• No reselling or redistributing AI-generated boards as a paid product without permission.
• No automated scraping, scripting or bots interacting with the generator.
• Boards published to the community must follow our community guidelines (no hateful, harassing, or sexual content).
• We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts that abuse these limits or attempt to bypass them.

We may update these limits as our costs and the underlying models change. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 7 days in advance.
