We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Kleveroo+. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:

  1. Open the "Manage subscription" link on the Kleveroo+ page to access your billing portal, or
  2. Email us at support@kleveroo.com and we'll initiate the refund on your behalf.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Kleveroo+ subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" link on the Kleveroo+ page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.

Renewals

Kleveroo+ renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout. Stripe sends a payment receipt for each renewal. If a renewal payment fails, you'll see an in-app notice and Stripe will retry over a short period before access ends.
