Kleveroo offers a 7-day refund window for first-time purchases when premium features have not been substantially used. If you subscribed by mistake, were charged unexpectedly, or could not access your account, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds are processed through Stripe. To request a refund, email support@kleveroo.com within 7 days of purchase and include the email used for your Kleveroo account. We'll review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription link on the Kleveroo+ page. Canceling stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Kleveroo subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout. Stripe sends a receipt for each renewal. If a renewal payment fails, you may see an in-app notice and Stripe may retry the payment before access ends.
